You're

You are the regrets upon waking up in the morning
And the hopelessness that haunts me at night

You are the believer of eternal life
But the condemner of humans- sinners & saints alike

It is not your darkness that scares me

But in the absence of light,
You could be me and I could be you

You are what scares me for
Everything that I don't want to be- you are.
