August 31, 12:30 am. I totally got tired of reading all those microbiology eBooks 

that I decided to play around with YouCam. 

After seeing all the craaaazy shots of myself with that on-screen (literally) nursing cap,

I came to the conclusion that I indeed make a crazy nurse. XD

Good thing our school doesn't make us wear that cap. Oh yeah.

P.S.

I survived my first day duty in PGH wearing a wrong belt (which no one noticed) and with my hair flying in all directions at the end of the day. It was sooo weird because my patient had ______ and while I was taking her pulse rate she suddenly had _______. 

Okay, I didn't tell anyone. 

I protected my patient's privacy.

Ocean

"Scanning for some random magazines on Booksale, I came across the magazine I've been looking for late last year."

I came there to look for a Nursing Diagnosis handbook. I came out with the thing I've wanted most since I first saw its small icon printed on the last page of NatGeo's Gulf Spill issue.

I finally get to hold my very own copy of NatGeo's special issue Ocean after months of waiting and searching (just when I almost totally forgot about it).



I found this book on the lowest deck in one of our library's bookshelves.
I was actually looking for a Chemistry book to borrow when I got so tired of scanning along those book titles that I suddenly decided to squat on the floor.
Then just like a miracle, about five marine biology books placed neatly together came in sight (right in front of me!). So I borrowed one of the books and totally forgot about the main reason why I came to the library.

"I'm gonna be the very best, like no one ever was."

I was very much excited to tell my classmate that I have watched the movie "A Thing Called Love" last Tuesday. As I sat beside her I exclaimed, "Uy, napanood ko na yung A Thing Called Love."

I finally got the PERFECT chance to finish watching this drama. 

If there's one thing I like the most about this, that'd be the way they plotted the events. The spotlight shifts from one person to another. Every person gets his/her own turn in handling the whole situation; all of them get to be main characters at some point in the story though some of them held this power longer than others.

He froze...What is Koichi saying? He might get caught.

Koichi made up a good story. George relaxes.

"Fake Justin Bieber"

I have never done the video chat in omegle on my own until some friends told me that they actually saw JB,Ashley Tisdale and Ashton Kutcher in there, I decided to try my luck as well. At first the videos on the lower right screen were gross.. Dirty & Gross!

I had to click "Disconnect" a number of times, chat with some "seemingly nice" ones and explain why I'm there then proceed on my quest-look for celebs if ever.

And finally, I saw this guy and it just came out: Fake!

So as for the rest of the conversation I asked him to wave at me (and he didn't) and that's it. He's fake indeed. Too bad, my hopes of seeing a Hollywood celeb even for once failed.

A Skating Anime?!?

I got this DVD from Stessi. Actually I saw it inside her bag when she opened it and then she let me borrow it. (To kill boredom).

I did not get the chance to watch it just until this Thursday. I spent almost 6 hours watching all 12 episodes.

Well, it was quite boring. He was a ghost living inside her (for 100 days). The plot was "far out" as father would've called it. Uncommon that is.

I just like the ending because they didn't get to be together. I prefer sad endings really. A(n) mL of reality in a liter of fantasy.

There was no deux ex machina a.k.a. a miracle out of nowhere. He vanished on the 23rd of February, the hundredth day; the same day as the winter Olympics in Torino where Tazusa (the girl) will compete in figure skating.

*Most of the Japanese dubbed characters speak in a weird English accent though ^_^

*In the english subs, they spelled it Peet instead of Pete.

A Series of Signatures and All...

I just got my laptop fixed this evening/morning. Yet, something's wrong with the battery...

Since I'm bored, i decided to make lots of signature for my different email accounts.

Too bad my hotmail account got hacked. That was my most favorite account and I've been there since 2007. Whoever that Zach was, he'll have his part soon. And it won't be a good one.

Since I can hardly think of some tag lines to write under my name, I decided to go with "a marine bio hopeful". It's true :)

It's a hopeless line though.

Just this afternoon, (starting yesterday) UP Manila had a two-day educational strike.

Well, what can I say?

We (future) nurses are 95% apathetic..

Don't worry, our heart goes with you anyway.

I feel so sleepy (as always!)

I heart bishies ( I saw one on my way to Gilmore). He sat right across me inside the LRT 2.

And just this afternoon, we went to the JFM library. It was so overwhelming.
